MarCom Manager

CRU-DataPort, a successful and growing high-tech company, is looking to add a MarCom Manager to it’s Marketing team. Job Responsibilities Include:

  1. Tradeshow and Corporate Event management
    1. Includes contracts, negotiations, booths, materials, product presentations, event participation and personnel preparation
  2. Manage Public Relations activities
    1. Help develop press releases with “real news”
    2. Interface with and manage lists of media and analyst contacts
    3. Manage editorial calendar and track product reviews
  3. Manage Advertising Calendar
    1. Assist in advertising campaigns, messaging, content creation strategy and effectiveness tracking
  4. Manage Direct Marketing efforts
    1. Manage consistent marketing messages to multiple vertical markets, to include eBlasts and direct mail.
  5. Work with team to manage effective new product launch campaigns
  6. Creating and Proofreading copy
  7. Managing promotional products
  8. Manage budget for marketing projects and ROI tracking analysis
  9. Perform responsibilities, including other duties as required, with professionalism and a team spirit

Requirements:

  • BS in Marketing, Business or BS/BA in related fields preferred
  • Three years work experience in marketing or related fields
  • Computer literate with applications and hardware: MS Office Suite
  • Knowledgeable in computer and technology trends
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to handle a variety of projects at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to communicate well in English
  • Able to work well with minimal supervision
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel

This position would report to the Executive Director of Marketing and is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
