RoHS and WEEE Compliance Statement
CRU-DataPort is committed to compliance to the European Union (EU), RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directives. CRU-DataPort products imported into the European marketplace as of the RoHS Directive deadline date of July 1, 2006, will be RoHS compliant and WEEE compliant labeling has been implemented currently.
- Importers and distributors of CRU-DataPort products into the European market have the responsibility to work with product users for the effective collection and recycling of these products in accordance with the requirements of the WEEE Directive.
- RoHS compliant products are now available. For assistance, please contact the
CRU-DataPort Sales staff. - Declaration Letters of Conformity for the applicable components and product lines that are RoHS/WEEE compliant will be available through CRU-DataPort's Quality Department. If you should have further inquiries regarding CRU-DataPort's RoHS and WEEE activities do not hesitate to contact the CRU-DataPort Quality Manager.
