RoHS and WEEE Compliance Statement

CRU-DataPort™ is committed to compliance to the European Union (EU) RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directives. CRU-DataPort products imported into the European marketplace as of the RoHS Directive deadline date of July 1, 2006, are RoHS compliant and WEEE compliant and labeled per the WEEE Directive.

• Importers and distributors of CRU-DataPort products into the European market have the responsibility to work with product users for the effective collection and recycling of these products in accordance with the requirements of the WEEE Directive.
• RoHS compliant products are now available. For assistance, please contact the CRU-DataPort Sales staff.
• Declaration Letters of Conformity for the applicable product lines that are RoHS/WEEE compliant are available through CRU-DataPort's Quality Department.
